Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products returned without prior approval.
  • Products reported after the return eligibility period.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs or videos. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
